Closed Rhinoplasty is the traditional technique used during nose surgery. Incisions are made on the inside of the nostrils so that there are no external scars. While the closed method can be used for many nasal corrections, it does not allow for full visibility of the nasal structure and may not be appropriate for more extensive rhinoplasty procedures.
